Welcome to our Higgins Lake Cabin! Please review the following Terms & Conditions before booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to these terms.

1. Reservations & Payments

  • A valid payment method is required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment (or deposit if applicable) must be received before check-in.

  • Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in time: from 03:00 PM or later.

  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM.

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance, subject to availability and additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 2-3 days of arrival are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

4. House Rules

  • No smoking inside the cabin.

  • Dogs are welcome, but must be supervised and cleaned up after.

  • Quiet hours are from 09:00 PM – 09:00 AM.

  • Only registered guests are allowed overnight.

5. Liability

  • Guests are responsible for any damages to the property or furnishings during their stay.

  • The owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.

  • Use of the hot tub, fire pit, kayak, and other amenities is at the guest’s own risk.

6. Property Use

  • The cabin may not be used for parties, events, or commercial purposes without prior approval.

  • Maximum occupancy is 6 guests unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Compliance

  • Guests must comply with all local laws and ordinances.

  • Failure to follow these Terms & Conditions may result in cancellation of the stay without refund.
